new Capital Tax Revenue Management System. This automation has saved over
3 months of preparation and processing time from their old system.

customers to processing their sales tax returns online. This process will
save over $100,000 in processing.
Puerto Rico Combines to capture delinquents
Capital is growing in Puerto Rico thanks to local implementation partners and
the flexibility of the tax revenue collection system. The municipality of
Humacao has been able to combine license and sales tax accounts onto the same
account. This has provided a better audit trail and enabled the users to
collect more delinquent revenue. Plus, Humacao implemented Capital's
Property Tax system to automate and capture thousands in delinquent taxes.
Hosted Model Helps smaller customers
Capital has created a hosted application model to help customers maximize their
budget and get the software tools they want. The new hosted model
eliminates installation and hardware issues so the user can simply get started
as long as they have an Internet connection. Any of Capital's products can
be setup in this manner allowing Capital to help our smaller users that do not
have their own IT staff.
Point of Sale for everyone
Capital's Cash Receipting Point of Sale equipment can collect any revenue for
any Capital product. Plus, Capital's Cash Receipting can collect payments
for other systems as well. CUSI is one of Capital's utility partners.
Utility customers can locate an utility account and pay it in Capital's cash
receipting software and those transactions will be transmitted back into the
CUSI utility system. This teamwork helps customers configure the exact
setup they want while maintaining an integrated solution.
